You would, if it were Hillary hiding her tax returns. It would be a "YUGE" deal. You'd be calling for her head on a platter. Everyone knows I'm right about that. People tell me all the time. I'm the best at being right about that.

Dave, you're jumping to conclusions. That's what makes this whole thing look like a Republican play for pay thing. Comey had no idea what was said in those emails when this all went public. They could have been about pet rabbits!

But Dave, until the content of said emails are available we don't know if there was anything untoward in them. For all we know they were sharing caseydog's recipes from here on M/A.

Yeah, it's the appearance thing, I'll admit it doesn't look good. But like most in this campaign, why let facts get in the way of vilifying and jumping to conclusions.

Going back on topic, I will say that if Hillary does lose this race, she better not even THINK about running again in 2020. No more chances.

If the Democrats had nominated a better candidate, Trump would be behind by double-digits.

On the same note, if the Republicans had nominated a better candidate, Clinton would be down by double-digits.

We are in the last days of a race to the bottom.

IF Weiner has or maybe has some emails from Hillary that were classified then they need to check bout everyone who she may have emailed, no way it was just him... Why would she be emailing him to start with... I know his ex-wife is/was her top aide so they should be looking at her computers I'd think not her husbands unless she forwarded emails to him for him to see, etc etc...

The catch is that she and her ex-husband used the same lap top just as my wife and I use the same computer. HRC wasn't emailing him.

The emails would have been to his wife. They shared computers at home, so she read and answered some emails on a computer that he also used. The computer was seized for and investigation on him for sexting an underage girl (probably just "locker-room talk"), and some of her emails were on it.

Wow! Now I know why Donald wants to be president. Any judgment against him he can appeal all the way to 'his' Supreme Court.

I understand that completely, but shouldn't these computers have been looked at before. Assuming there really was a Full Investigation done for either case.. Plus IF she is emailing classified stuff to her aide who I would not think has "clearance" who else did she email this stuff too???? That is the question. There are probably a number of people who have wiped their computers clean because of this.. Plus you'd think the "aide" would have better sense then to use a shared computer for classified emails, that she probably shouldn't have been seeing to start with..

    Are you effing kidding me?

They know what is in them and that's why they needed a warrant to continue.

They (FBI) were investigating Huma Abedin's husband (Anthony Weiner) is a separate case. Do you not read the news.

The FBI found they (*see above) shared non-secure laptop and that is how they found the e-mails from Secretary of State's private, Unsecured and ILLIGAL e-mail server on the shared laptop.
^^^ That is against the law. PERIOD.

You know, the law she has broken for having the ILLIGAL , Unsecured e-mail server. The one SHE has openly admitted to have and said she would not do it again if she had to do it over again. The same server she "Bleach deleted" 33,000 emails from.

As for the future President of the United States of America Mr. Trump has no issues with lawsuits he can win or settle them just like every other business around the world does.

I am not worried, about Trump winning, She has now lost FLA, PA, OH, NV and is about to lose CA.

This will be a land slide for the GOP and you can all donate to the Clinton "Keep her out of jail" Foundation.

That's not how it works, as anyone in the USA can appeal to the Supreme Count but they do not have to hear the case.

    Go back to school.

This is the biggest scandal since Watergate. Hillary wants to blame everyone else for her mounting legal troubles. But she has brought all of this on herself.

Hillary is the one who set up an illegal private e-mail server in a closet to shield herself from her illegal activities. Hillary is the one who engaged in a pay-for-play scheme at the State Department. Now there are five FBI probes into the Clinton Foundation and their pay-for-play activities. Very, very deep investigations.

Hillary is the one who sent and received classified information on an unsecure server, putting the safety of the American people under threat. That's what she did...

650,000 emails. You know what I call that? That's the motherlode.

I think you will find the 33,000 that are missing, the 15,000 that are missing, the facts that are missing.

You know they had boxes of e-mails missing two weeks ago? I think we hit the motherlode, as they say in the good old mining industry.

Hillary is the one who lied to Congress under oath. Hillary is the one who lied on so many different occasions to the FBI. They know Hillary is the one who made 13 phones disappear. Some with a hammer.

Hillary is the one who destroyed 33,000 e-mails, after she got the subpoena. After. Before, no good. But after? No, that's why something should have happened then.

Hillary is the one that broke the law over and over and over again. We can be sure that what is in those e-mails is absolutely devastating. And I think we are going to find out, by the way, for the first time.

OH Nooooo look as it is all unfolding now even at CNN ( Clinton News Network)

CNN has cut ties with Donna Brazile due to being "caught" giving multiple questions to Hillary Clinton before debates.

Donna Brazile should now be fired from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) for apparently giving a debate question to Hillary Clinton's campaign during the Democratic presidential primary.

I'm guessing that the current email thing will go nowhere. Which is a great irony; the first set of emails, which should have lead to more investigation and probably and indictment (it's laughable how many people pleaded the 5th, and even more laughable the agreement made to destroy evidence before it had even been examined--it's unprecedented), didn't hurt her; this set, which at least on the face of it appears relatively harmless, is killing her in the polls. I still think she'll win, but the landslide is gone, and I wouldn't be shocked if she manages to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, depending on how the next week goes.

The Clinton foundation--that's what'll get her in the long run; that is what's the biggest scandal since watergate. It's so blatantly illegal/immoral/unethical what has gone on with it, they won't be able to weather it indefinitely.

I'm done, thank goodness; I voted today. And it was busy, very busy, at the Courthouse, never seen anything like it (I always vote early).
