LMAO
Don't forget taking lunches from kids at bus stops, asking the homeless for money and and leading the blind to a flight of steps telling them it's a flat sidewalk.
I am not that bad of a guy.

Good to be in the twos. Congratulations on the progress and more to come.
Like to see the positive postings, never turn down another view if they offer it to you.
As many have noted, watch the med. overlaps, my goal is to be chemistry free other than the bare basics. I cannot image your regimen after the major event in your life.
Thoughts with you and all of the M/A folks who want to make a change for their betterment.

Many people with carpel tunnel, especially if it's in their dominant hand, are halfway to going blind. Oddly enough, pubertal and post-pubertal males appear at the highest risk. Be careful, very careful.
I was going to add something about that hot date, carpel tunnel, a dominant hand, and the meaning of life, but then that would be just downright mean...-

Ok, moving along....
Things here at M/A World HQ were for the most part fairly quiet this week. Besides the car getting hit that is...
The drugs the shrink gave me seem to be working rather well. For the first time in quite a while I've been able to focus on complex tasks. I'm getting work done.
The tool to track how much I walk has now recorded 1.5 million steps taken since May 24, 2015. That is an average of just over 10K per day.
Been stuck at a plateau all week with weight. A little annoying, but it will drop again soon I'm sure.
Rocking a new hair style too. Visited on of the more artsy salons in my neighborhood and added a bit of color to my hair.
Thats all I got this week....-

Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.
I write this under the influence of pain meds. Why. Cause I had to go walking this morning when I saw it was too icy to drive.
Fell on the ice. Got back up kept going. Fell again, heard a twig snap when I hit.
Now in ER waiting on X-Ray results.
Think I broke a rib.
If I wasn't so out in left field from the narcotics I'd be really pissed at myself right now.-

Oh Man. Not good. Well, looks like a Vicodin party is in order. Gonna have to get your landlord to weld your door shut to keep you from any more injuries.

This was totally avoidable on my end. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
This is a huge slowdown. The trick now is to not gain weight, but to keep eating properly and adjust for the reduced activity levels.
I've asked for a referral to use the warm water pool.
The pain level is off the charts. I am being very careful and watching for symptoms that will send me back to the ER. Sitting still is about the only thing that helps right now. Very hard for me to go from being very active to being very sedentary.
Visitors are welcome too.-

That is great news. Just had my level go down from 5.4 to 5.1 with some big diet changes also.
Just remember to try and not fart while in the pool with the therapist, they apparently don't like it.-

Started Physical Therapy today in the warm water pool. Went rather well. Floatation sure did help. Almost wish I could stay floating in the pool till this all heals.
While in the pool I'm thinking how easy this all is and I'll stop at the cardiac rehab area downstairs from the pool when I finished. All those ideas went away as I ascended the steps to leave the pool. Gravity is a cruel mistress.
As not to skew the pain level pain meds were not involved. However, as soon as I got home...
Nap time...I'm beat.-
