Don't feel too badly, it's only been a month......give yourself time, you're not as young as you used to be and it takes longer to recover when you're older.
It's a process, one step at a time, so don't try to rush it......
The most important thing is to keep breathing and make steady progress.
That's one of the hardest lessons I've had to learn as I've gotten older, you really can't do what you used to, at least at the same pace. So, slow down, relax, and let nature do her thing.
We're all behind you. -
