If they are going to keep your kidney, you better tell them to knock something off the bill...
Or at least they need to provide 3 dancing nurses and maybe some buttered popcorn during your stay...

Oh.... Take a indelible marker and put a big "X" "Remove this kidney ONLY" on the correct side of course....

 

Surgeon has to do that in pre-op holding, it's part of the checklist. Otherwise he could come out of there with the wrong site or wrong surgery, and we'll be calling him/her Natalie...

 

Natalie.... I like the sound of that...

What's the chances we could put in a request to the surgeon... You know, after they put Nate under... Or at least at the point where he can still hear us talking but not completely under.....

 

I'd do it for a good hard to find stout, maybe a Dragon's Milk Reserve Chai Tea Vanilla....

I'll never forget when I woke up from surgery (gallbladder) many years ago to a friend of mine slapping my face right as I opened my eyes yelling "Dr., we got that penile implant in with no problems..." Great, just great...

When I had my colonoscopy, the anesthesiologist was a friend of mine. He didn't know in advance (nor did I), so he didn't bring any pink nail polish.

I talked to the people in the know yesterday..

Surgery started around 5:00pm and took about 3 hours...

Nathan came out of surgery and went into recovery and all went well...

So as of today Nathan has been modded.... Lightness has been added... And the Gnatster will be faster as a result....

Nathan did the kidney delete option.....It will make GNAT lighter and faster...
