Hang in there, dude. Sometimes progress is slow. Fast drivers are rarely patient.

 

Part of the reason your recovery is taking longer than expected is that you're older now, our bodies don't heal as easily......take your time, you'll get there....just be happy you're still here.

Getting older is a privilege not granted to all, be happy you're one of the few, take your time and enjoy every minute.

I know what you mean Nathan and I feel your frustration. Stay calm and heal quick.

 

Peaks and valleys, good days and not as good days, that's recovery from major surgery. Overall the the trend is imrovement, don't look day to day but week to week. And yeah age slows down the healing process...Eat right, do what you can without overdoing it, and don't feel sorry for yourself...Best way to get where you want to be.

And I hope your path results come back in your favor--and I'm betting they will.

 

Find the balance. If you push too hard, you'll injure yourself. If you don't get up and move around, you'll take longer to heal.
