As long as you are waking back up all is good. In time you will build your stamina back. You've been through a whole lot.
Sooo, how long did it take to navigate the stairs? Nevermind, I saw the other thread. http://www.motoringalliance.com/forums/off-topic-fun-games/21677-make-few-bucks-nathans-stair-climb-pool.html Dave
It's gotta be great to be home! I'm sure you've been able to conjure up some helpers to keep pace with your recovery... Look'n forward to see'n you the end of June!
Nathan, So great to hear the run up the stairs was quick! I knew it would be...I am imagining a new thread already! (Of COURSE is has Yoga in it!!!) Great job!!! Continued prayers ......
Boy was it nice to sleep in own bed last night. Today is shaping to quite nice. Think I'll ask my brother to take on some short walks later.
I'm glad to hear that you're doing well and sending good thoughts that the recuperation process continues smoothly.
By Nathan being home now seems to have invigorated him.... If people want to stop by for a visit, he's fine with that... He is planning to get out and about in the Short North for short walks to boost his stamina.... And basically enjoy life.... Stop by if you have the urge.... I'm sure he would appreciate it...
Congratulations on coming home, short walks are good, then long walks. Take care and pace yourself, don't glue yourself in front of a monitor, get out and enjoy. I will visit virtually via M/A, it will be a great summer. Don
Congrats!! Getting home is a HUGE step in geting back to your "normal life" and you can ponder the changes you will have to make....but having survived what you have, you can now claim to be much wiser with more insight! Good luck moving forward, we are all pulling for you!! When you need to vent, we are here...heck sounds like many folks have been down the same path. Any second chance is precious, so just make it count!!
