It felt great be outside even for a short walk. I get to go for another one this evening too. Woohoo. Leon. I'm working towards the PVGP. First major goal is the Vintage at Mid-Ohio the last weekend of June. That's about as soon as I'll be cleared DTO drive again.
It would probably take me longer than that to make the climb. And I have an OEM heart! Good on you Nathan!

Good day today. A short outing where I walked a bit. Then a nap. Got my brother to take me on a late afternoon walk. Came homr, had a snack and now it's nap time. I feel meh still, a fair amount of pain in the chest, then again I did beat up a rib spreader.
Just had a visitor. That was very nice. Feeling somewhat decent today even after pushing myself hard yesterday. Looking forward to some walks this afternoon. Heck I even worked for 50 min today. Going to go for an hour at my desk tomorrow.
