I'll echo the good wishes. I just don't wanna know where they are gonna plug in the OBD connector... :eek6:
Nate; Remember--------Life is a journey we are lucky enough to travel. The difference between an ORDEAL and an ADVENTURE is nothing more than your attitude------so make that you have a positive one. With a positive attitude things will be good. When things look dark kick yourself in the ass and get moving. A year and a half the doctors gave me six months to live. In the past year and a half we sailed our boat up from North Palm Beach, bought a Goodwood, went to MOTD, met you and are now planning MTTS and I have been receiving chemo. So it only stops you, if you let it. Stay Mini my friend
The latest... Had surgery again yesterday, this time to remove more of the area around where the growth was located to make sure the margins are clean. Was told quite a bit was removed this time too. Feel great today, but I know that is the remnants of anesthesia and today's dose of percocet talking. For those wondering, the timing of this procedure and the MINI being in the body shop are not a coincidence. So much for plans for catching The Village People at the Marion Popcorn Festival tonight. heh I get the results of this latest procedure in 2 weeks, then find out when I start 6 weeks of Immunotherapy. I'm still a bit slow at taking care of the site needs, working on it but it's still going to be some time for things. Your patience has been greatly appreciated.
Hopefully this is the last surgery you need Nathan. Keep getting better and don't worry about us here
Nathan very glad to hear you are on the mend. I'm hoping for positive news for you. If you want to see the Village People just look out your front window.
Best of luck in recuperating, Nathan. It's inspiring to see the support you're getting. I feel privileged to be among the MA crowd.
Joe up on top sends you his victory sign (or maybe he's just practicing his rabbit figure).... Anyway get well brother...
You gotta pull that Village People thing off there, it's more dangerous than the original condition--it's a well documented cause of eczema, perirectal pruritis, and abdominal bloating, not to mention chronic mind-numbing, life-altering halitosis. Let him heal! We should all let out a collective sigh of relief that he didn't make it to the concert.
Happy to hear you are doing better and don't worry about M/A we are all being good and playing nice.
Eat lots of chicken soup Nathan.......or at least that what Gramma would have told you. Have a quick and smooth recovery my friend.
