Two things that I can start fires with by running as fast as I can while wearing: Spandex and Courdoroy pants. I've been banned from the local fire marshall for wearing either.
Nathan, so good to hear you are doing well. I read this thread for the FIRST time tonight....And of course, you are in my prayers for a FULL recovery... I enjoy yoga, too. When you find the right instructor/class it is VERY effective for stress and general relaxation (a lot like this M/A group which ROCKS, by the way so thanks for that!!!) and yes, flexibility. Hey, wanna see if we can get a couple of pre/post motoring yoga sessions in the Village during MOTD??? I'm willing to bet Dave.O would be waving from the porch, too!!!:lol::lol::lol:
:cornut: Wow! I can't believe that I missed this entire thread but I was greatly distracted at the time helping some one fight a losing battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Nathan, I just sent a prayer to the 'Big Guy' thanking him for your recovery. God Bless, Jason
This is a good idea. Maybe you could get some yellow barrier tape with "Motor On" printed on it, and cordon off a yoga area.
Funny, in Yoga class yesterday I was thinking it might be a good idea to see if we could start a morning yoga group at MOTD.
Yeah Yeah Yeah you will be sitting on the porch also smoking and watching kickball just like me. I only do yoga once a day and it's by mistake because I stretch as I am getting out of bed.
We have lots of room. We got tired of walking up to the fire pit so we set one up in our huge driveway. Add about 15 + chairs, a picnic table, tiki torches, beer and fireworks and we have a good time every night. :beer
Well that settles it. No more MOTD for me; the risk of death from a catastrophic spandex explosion is unacceptably high. When it's safer to drive the dragon in the wrong lane on a moped with no lights in the dead of night then it is to watch a yoga exhibition, it's time move on.
