How did the Vipers sound?
Your pictures remind me of a funny story. When I was in Long Beach for the races one of the younger BMW pit crew members was walking with his shirt un-tucked. An older member of the team walked up to him smacked him and said "What is this Muscle Milk day?" I guess they have a reputation for being unkept, your pictures confirm the reputation -

The Viper's sounded great, but try as they might they could not pass the Lotus Evora. I was really surprised by that. Given enough time those Viper's will be developed into class winners.

That Evora is one good looking race car.

I'd have to say it was one of my favorites too. It's another car that I think will do well once it sees some more development.

Message from Mid-Ohio
I just got a call from the GM at Mid-Ohio.
They didn't think about people parking along the track and will take care of the situation.
He apologized for the port-a-potty and will make sure more are there for the big races.
They are planning a big screen with a ticker in place of the billboard next year or the next.
They are planning at expanding the bandwidth for next year and making it available.
Over the next off season they will be putting together their 2-5 year plan. Looking at other races to add and facilities upgrades to accommodate them.
I email them about the port-a-potty and parking along the wall. -

Those were 2 sore points for sure. When I left to drive home Saturday the line for the long john was at least 20 deep. Thanks for calling & voicing our concerns.
Edit... I just sent an e mail addressing those concerns.....
