BMWCCA will teach you about all you will ever need to know and usually on a track [aka road course] in a 2-day school with lectures followed by seat time with an instructor. Their schools are based on your ability and the instructor can move you up as your ability improves.

I may do that as my daughter rides shotgun (although I don’t speed with her in it :D)

Thank you. I may dial it back a notch. I’m not too wild of a driver but I’m sure in a moment of emergency I may oversteer [emoji51]
So far so goo though other than the sudden loud as Fck clicking & clacking noise in my trunk.
I’ve check the swap bar over & over and it’s bolted in solid. Must be something with the trunk latches.

That’s what I have on my Hotchkiss 25mm hollow comp rear bar.
    They work just fine.
Soft in winter and middle position in summer.

They are OEM endlinks. A majority of the time the rattle isn’t in “sync” with when I hit bumps on the road. If that makes sense.

    I’ve only had expensive aftermarket
ones fail (heim joints seize up).

Well they are not maintenance free. If you live in cold weather you should know that already.

I always lube suspension parts Spring and Fall. It’s a MINI not a Honda.

Thanks Dave. I’m in SoCal (Los Angeles) far enough from the ocean to avoid salting & close enough to the mountains for some moisture.

The rattling has got to be the trunk or affiliated parts (latches)

Funny, scary!! Glad you lived to tell the story. Why is it always the coach?
For the life of me I don’t understand why we don’t take driving more seriously in our country.

Ya SoCal doesn’t really “teach” much here. I grew up in Western PA so our drivers ed was out on the windy backroads & when my grandfather would want me to drive his old truck haha. Loved it”
