I feel somewhat responsible. I think I'm the guy who told him to buy a set of camber plates, but that was a long time ago so I really don't remember. This has been a way long odyssey that finally reached it's conclusion.

I was going to, but the thinner I use eats right through the paint. If there was a lot of stuff I didn't want to paint, I definitely would have taped it off. There wasn't going to be much along the lines of unpainted surface, so a little thinner was faster and easier for me. I did think about taping but for what I would have taped off, and the size of my fingers, it would have taken longer to tape, lol. But that is definitely great advice for anyone looking to paint parts on their car!
Way took a look at the picture of the wheel carriers, and then he checked his stock of them to make sure they weren't bent either. Guess he's seen them bend before but he said it's noticable usually, by cracks in the black paint and/or cracks in the carrier itself. Guess this one somehow slipped by. But I told him I'll take a store credit and I'll figure out what else I wanna pick out. So many choices................

But don't feel bad, it was a long, bumpy road, and it'll be much smoother now!
