iOS 7 is causing havoc for the networks of several college campuses and other schools where a large number of iOS device users are attempting to download the new OS. Some schools, including The Ohio State University, is even urging students to delay upgrading to iOS 7 as the network experiences network problems due to the high amount of traffic.

Got it! and love it! So far smooth sailing (hopefully I didn't speak too soon)

Updated my iPhone 4S yesterday afternoon. A couple of things are slow to open (mailing out of Photo, Facebook), but run fine when they do. Seems to drain the battery quicker, but that may just be me needing to go back into Preferences and adjusting some settings.
It is beautiful. I've been using Yahoo!'s weather app for a while, and it anticipated the new look, so it's not much of a surprise. -

I got it on my 4S and iPad 2. I like it a lot, but it will definitely take some getting used to.
It's odd to me that people want to "wait for all the bugs to get out" as if it is some fresh, untested operating system. It's been in Beta for months, and believe me, it was BUGGY. Over these months, however, they have fixed nearly all the bugs. There will always be bugs, that's why the release subsequent, smaller updates (i.e., 7.0.1 or whatever).
But anyway, that's my two cents. -
