I did my 2.5 year old iPhone 4 last night. Will be upgrading soon but wanted to see how the new OS worked. The install went very well. I agree the apps open slowly but that may be expected with my antique 4......

The look and feel will take some getting used to but overall it's OK.

I updated both the phone and iPad. I like the new way to close apps and I like the 3d look of the lock screen & home screen, but it looks kinda plain, ugly, and cheap when you launch any of the apps. The old notepad looked like a notepad, the new one looks like text on a plain white screen. That must have taken valuable seconds for some overpaid designer to develop....

I updated my 4 iPhone last night.
The husband asked me to since he manages his companies phones and "I tend to find any bugs or issues in things"...... Really?

At first I didn't like it. But it's growing on me. I find the apps are running faster on it.

Will probably update my IPad 2 tonight.

Double-click the home button as usual.
Then just swipe up each screen. Closed. Done.

Yeah, little plain. But it seems to work just fine so far.

Some even lost pics. Hmmm, common wisdom tells me to wait, the change is tempting.
