    Not seeing your listing so I'm going to make a guess here. Along the bottom I'm thinking the order is Forum, Latest, then other stuff.

    It will open in the Forum view if that is the first item to the far left, tap on the Latest entry to view a list of threads updated since your last visit.

    You can move the icons in the lower bar around by going into More, tapping Edit in the upper right and dragging the icons to where you want them on the lower bar.

    A tutorial of how to best use forum runner would be great. While I managed to bang out a reply I did so by blindly poking at that hing on my phone. Would using a closed fist work better for me?
