    Inspiration?

This was one of the best cars I found at the Good Guys Heartland Nationals today (appropriately next to the Nutty Bar stand). On the outside, I particularly liked the use of barbed wire to replace the chrome trim under the windows and for the front bumper (rusty, but flattened against the body for pedestrian safety). Inside, my favorite thing was the exposed knob-and-tube wiring with screw-in fuses - plus the handicapped restroom door switch that was was attached to solenoids to pop open the doors.

Thats one of the thoughts I had! Just a big roach legs up strapped to a cargo rack... :)

Also would have done a bright green wrap instead of the blue with more age to all of it!

Oh wait... Did I just say "wrap" in context of applying vinyl over the entire car... :( I fire myself!

Sorry, but this one doesn't have the heart and soul of Isobell. It looks like a weekend project to me. And if it's a few rattle-can squirts on vinyl, where's the commitment? :nonod:

Jan has always been in SoCAL, but travels everywhere when needed.

Not going to do much to the car this weekend. :(
Got to go and sight my AR15 back in, so that some friends can test drive it... Might land me another custom rifle build this winter. :D

I stay away from standard resprays, which is why I never went to doing paint & body full time...
If you want to go TOTALLY NUTS, and get creative, give me a call! :D

I actually have another paint job thought out, just no car to put it on... Can we say WWII bomber. ;)

I had real bullet holes in my old Suzuki... Those came from anger and not really a planned mod though. ;)
