Those tires still have just under half tread... ;)

When I get the stickers printed and cut, I will get a couple extras made for you. Since you own the site and all... :D

Last night I was out here in the garage until 1:00 AM... Tonights not looking any different!

Well today took care of a good chunk of getting an engine running in it... Plus a little bit in the looks department!
I am going to fade some spots on the tail light tint tonight and re-clear them tomorrow morning...

Also decided on some mods to the rear bumper that I was on the fence about. In my mind it looks sweet, and that has worked out great so far! ;)

Forget chrome - maybe you need the lower rear bumper panel (the exhaust surround) in Chili Red from an R56 JCW that now has the GP 2 tunnels. I know where you can get one, like new, just for the cost of shipping. Imagine the thrill you'd feel showing your bright rear end to everyone you blast past - sort of like a baboon mooning everyone! And just consider what DaveDotZero would say about a 2nd-gen part on Isobell...

Do not commit the SIN of adding R56 parts to an R53.

If you do I will personally put eyelashes on the b!tch Isobell at the Dragon next year with Epoxy.

FYI ~ The first Gen JCW brakes are commonly known as the "R56 standard brakes".
The late Gen 1 R53's JCW brakes came on MINI's before MINI went to huge Brembos and before the R56 was born.

So technically they are still Gen 1 R53 parts as I have a set of original R53 JCW brakes and not take-off from an R56. :arf::ihih:

Also they are the same brakes that cam on the original GP. (See below)

    MINI History Lesson over.

Good grief we need to get an engine into this MINI. ;) What is it going to take?

Other than $$$$$$, time and busted knuckles.

Engine has been sitting on a pallet in the corner of the garage since before the Dragon... Its just getting all the little stuff it needs out of the way, and it should be under the hood in a couple months. ;)

Sprintex GONE! It is for sale if anybody wants it... Or it will be disposed of with an explosive touch next summer... Asking $2K+ shipping.

Hey dick, try using thin cardboard to make your template it's cheap and easy to cut.

For your filter I am sure you can find something to fit from the list of filter from K&N.

Keep up the progress cuz the Dragon is coming.
