    From the look of the bug, it is acid washed for the light surface rust, then cleared... Might have some additives in the clear too.

    Looks nice! I sure hope I can see it up close and personal this week! BTW, what strength cigars do you prefer...mild, medium or strong? Flavored or unflavored? Weak or full flavored?

    Sure do like what you have done to the paint just below the gas filler cap.

    Looks like an oil burner that over filled many, many times.

    Jeff, the cigar guy, and his trusty brother-in-law, Mike, are back and online again! It looks as if TheModFather is enjoying one of the cigars I left when we visited Isobell over the weekend. Trust me, he has done a terrific job and seeing it in person REALLY shows the hard work to make it such a success! :Thumbsup: Thanks a lot for showing it to us...Mike [my B-I-L] was yakking about it all the way back to Denver and into the next day [when in left for 2 weeks of trout fishing at Yellowstone]. BTW, I'll be forwarding your pics of the Rat-MINI to him!

    I can't wait to see you pull up in Isobell next year at MOTD! Again, GRRRRRRREAT JOB, and thanks again for showing it to us!:Thumbsup:

    Thanks for making the time to come to the house, it was great seeing you again, and meeting your B-I-L. As soon as the computer gets fixed again I will put up more pic's for everyone. The two cigars I smoked already where great! Think I could get back into stogies...

    Is it making the whole trip or just showing up locally? If it makes it to Chicago-Cleveland-Pittsburgh I'll take a couple of shots and give you my opinion.

    Most of them get shipped down to Texas, all of them are built here in CO though.

    Multiple variations of them at that! Seems I feel the need to change it up a little every day... :)

    Well the weekend has officially struck, so tonight I am taking some of the car back apart for tomorrows modding of mods. :D

    I am more worried about the companies of the original logos than I am any MINI related company, but that is just part of the game. Most people and companies from my experience though are cool with it as long as its not a direct copy, and I am not selling an altered version of their logo. ;)
