If I can find an old keg that I can cut up, and make a cooler out of... It will be the beer wagon!

Meth is injected post S/C and I/C I am going to scale my nozzle size way down and see how it does that way for a little bit.
The kit is just a cheapie Alcohol Injection Systems.com kit... Eventually everything but the tank will be replaced with a Howerton/Aquamist setup, because the controller, pump, and nozzles SUCK! For now I am just going to use what I already have though. I dont remember any problems that came up during the install but that was 4 years ago! Some of the parts gave me headaches for a while though.-

Over the weekend I started building the framing for the I/C diverter and decided to do an open top, just because of the space issue.
Also aligned the hood a bit better, but now I have to practice touching up the paint!had a bit of an accident with the hood and gouged the hell out of the cowl!
It is a pretty good scratch, but I can blend it in.
Also decided on making the air box out of clear acrylic (LEXAN) that will be coming soon....
Lots of parts on order too so I can get the engine in.-

I have though of cardboard, but with all the variances in how thick everything is going to be, it wont get me close enough to get solid measurements.
I was just on K&N's website looking for filters, no luck yet though. Might need to spend a Saturday at VatoZone with a tape measure!-

I knew what you meant, I use the 1/4" foam board from Hobby Lobby all the time for prototyping parts.
I build stuff normally to +/- 1/16", but I cant guarantee the guy welding the aluminum frame can/will do the same...
