    For the cost of both an aftermarket system seems to make sense to be. That being said Having the boys at the local muffler shop fab a center pipe up would be cheap & easy. I was thinking I should buy a spare exhaust for the Blu car, but at 10 years old my JCW exhaust is still holding up fine. It's a quality piece of kit.

    True, but my thinking was to have a shop fab up the center pipe for maybe $75. This would cut the cost down a bit. I've been looking at other exhaust options as well. I'm just trying to find the most economical way of doing it without resorting to buying the off brand eBay stuff.

    There is a small muffler shop near me, if I bring cash the price in very low. I'm sure $75 would do it. If I can find it there was a thread about exhausts that had a link to an artical on how to build your own. I may do a straight back exhaust this spring. If I can find it I will put post a link for you.

    It has no center (resonator) section. Read the small print :rolleyes:
