WOW looks like I will be talking to my "inside" parts source at Mini for a quote.

I would not pay over $100 for the pair. If they cost that much I will look to the aftermarket.

 

It would be a pretty good excuse to make the long drive, and get a local muffler shop to do the switch. Grins and smiles on the return trip.....

I've been looking for a JCW exhaust but shipping really would be a pain in the butt

 

The cost of shipping would put it out of my budget range right now unfortunately. Shame because I was at the Dragon this year and might have been able to pick it up if you were selling it then.

For arguments sake, what part of Kentucky are you in?

 

1,400 mi + of driving would just be cheaper to ship... I have to think about this.

 

You could look into having it shipped on Greyhound buses.

 

That was a great way to ship on a budget, back in the day. Do they still do that?

I had no idea. You use to see those things all over the highway and I have a few hundred miles in them, but I can't remember the last time I saw one.

What are the differences between facelift and pre facelift? Hangers I assume are in diff. places?

Mini takes the states is comin thru Kentucky in a couple of weeks.

Maybe you could arrange to meet the buyer at one of the stops along the way to sell it?
