Nice....so, what has it taken (mechanically) to get to 200K? Any major issues?

Get two of the 100k badges...

... and Squirlz, did you really plan on resetting the trip odo at 111,088.9? I'd have NEVER thought of that (and I can be pretty clever). Kudos!

I don't think its been too bad. The supercharger lasted till 191,000 then it started making noise, so I replaced it. Probably still had quite a bit of life left.

    So -
    Supercharger
    brakes twice (replaced rotors once)
    lots of tires
drivers door actuator once (passenger side dead right now)
rear hatch mechanism (replaced under warranty)
rear hatch struts (is that right), replaced twice.
    oil pan gasket
    valve cover gasket
    one windshield
front bumper cover, and re-painted hood (hit some critters)

Thats about it - its only been back to the dealer twice - both for the "free scheduled maintenance" a long time ago.

    Still on the original clutch:D

I've spent more on mods than maintenance!

Currently the passenger door lock actuator is bad, along w/ the window mechanism on the passenger side. Mini wants $180 for the window mechanism, but it can be fixed w/ a $5 cable. Next weekends project.

Something's wrong with your speedo. It only displays 1's. I am hoping to make it to 100k. But I only got 46k on the car now and at my current rate it should take about 11 more years to get there.

Speedo is fine, its the odometer that has issues...

Also looks like the temp gauge is reading a slight bit warm there.

This is mine. I was half way to my destination on my daily commute when I noticed I was about to turn over 100,000...and couldn't get my camera phone to focus! Took a series of 5 photos all the way up and past 100,000, but couldn't shoot it!!

    Wow, 200k that's great:Thumbsup:.

My Canadian speced 03 Cooper now has 105,600 or so. Just shy of 90k miles were put on in his first 3 years, doing a 100 mile a day commute, but after moving to St.Louis, I barely put that many miles on a week. My odo. is about to turn over 170,000 kms, the speedo reads kms, that and the Celsius temp. read-out tends to confuse folks down here:lol:
