    The algorithm is set to be truly random. Each time a page is loaded a Garage is selected. The only reason a Garage would not be displayed at some point would be if there was not an image in the very first image slot available when the Garage was created or edited. Only Garages with an image in the "Garage Image" spot are chosen.

    Updated the moderator usergroup to allow more than the 3 allocated. Rather not see the wheelbarrow and lawnmower though.
