Always enjoy these videos. The sideways jump was my favourite.
How did they manage to shut down so many streets in San Francisco? Isn't that terribly expensive?

I'm figuring that was done with a bunch of takes. I don't think that much road could be closed for as long as the video took to shoot. Although I may be wrong, won't be the first time.

No doubt it was many takes just look at the road. Still though I can't imagine it is cheap to shut down roads. They must sell lots of shoes to make it up.

I just read something that mentioned they filmed it over 4 days. It jumps from one part of the city to the next, so must have been recorded in segments.

They pulled in PD officers on overtime and CHP closed the Bay Bridge. It cost 'em 50K to pay for that... They filmed for four days and went back and washed off the rubber as best as they could, to satisfy the City..... The rest will wash away when it rains next.

Im thinkin that if I find myself in a sideways jump it is not going to come out so well and it won't be because I planned it.:eek6:

Not much. It's not unusual to have street closures for filming, and there's a tradition to uphold.
