Right now there's someone in a garage in NC, with a heat gun, plastic scraper & tweezers, mumbling to themselves......F'n Killboy......

 

The way the car is weighted, it looks like he's trying to apex the wrong side of the road, like he's on a track...If there is a god, that dead tree in the top center of the picture smote his mini in such a way that it was totalled, but still can be parted out.

They have been identified and emails sent. We all make mistakes and fortunately no one was hurt here....but it needs to stop here.

During a quick, passing visit to the Sewing Site I noticed this photo was making the rounds in a thread over there too. The difference was the smattering of posters with their 8th Grade diplomas in hand actually defending this guy. :frown2:

It makes me appreciate M/A even more as a refuge for sane, intelligent, insightful, and witty banter.

 

Well from that picture they should have FAILED Driving school. :lol:

Remember the Dragon is a PUBLIC road not a TRACK so no excuse what so ever.

Honestly, Because he does not savvy to forums like you are.... Please accept this as directly from him. I literally just got off the phone with him and he is very distraught about the whole thing I assure you. He did apologize on our forum if that makes you anymore understanding and this is what I posted above in quotation marks. You guys can continue to bash away if you like. Thats your world. I have spent a lot of time and effort to best discipline this in the most beneficial way for all. I can only hope that is enough. Haters are gonna hate. God believes in Forgiveness last I checked.

 

The license plate says NORTH CAROLINA. OMGGGG...does THIS mean that, in all these years, WE have been driving the Dragon on the WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD, in North Carolina? :yikes:

Your friend needs to join M/A if he has a computer. We are not heartless here, but, as you can see, we can get VERY concerned about poor driving. M/A is a great bunch of MINI owners. Many of us are track tested, as well as veteran Dragon Slayers, so, it really hurt to see him on the "other side" when we preach about not crossing the lines there ALL the time.

However, while to err IS human, to forgive, in this case, is MINI. Tell him to be safe...but to join us...soon!

 

What if.......we are all wrong and he was driving the Dragon backwards?....
