Hope you don't mind, I adjusted the title to more accurately reflect the question. At least I think it does.
When switching to shock such as a Koni from OE all 4 should be done at the same time. A mix of both a performance shock and OEM will make for some wonky handling.

The Koni Yellows are a great combo to put the the NM springs, and if you want more performance you can adjust them stiffer.
-
I have that combo and I love it!

what to adjust Koni yellows to
I'm excited to add the Koni Yellows to the car. I have a 19mm rear sway bar set at the medium set of holes. If I move to the stiffer set of holes what setting should I start the shocks? And is an alignment necessary after the shocks go in?
Thanks -
Swift springs for the win!

I love my TSW's so tell me some specifics about the difference Swifts make....please and thank you!

Thanks for that...having just run Thunderhill III I may have to look at these when I get new shocks. I must say, however, my coach commented on how flat my MINI handled with the TSW's and 19mm sway bar. Better is always good. Thanks again....
