+1 for Craven Speed as well. Quality parts at a reasonable price with good customer service. You can hardly go wrong.

I concur. I recently ordered strut tower defenders and a badge holder for my wife's R56. Had some problems with the nuts on the defenders and the bolts for the badge holder weren't long enough for the Cooper grille. They sent out the parts I needed right away and even threw in a magnetic grille badge to be nice. First class.

 

werd! i got my shifter fast when i ordered it years ago... and i've loved it ever since!

Cravenspeed Chimex

Cravenspeed is top notch. I was slightly disappointed that the Chimex didn't fit in the '08 R56 (to wide), didn't even know there were different sizes of buckles.

I gave Kellen a phone call this afternoon to discuss the possibility of customizing a gauge pod order to meet my unique desires. He was most accommodating with his time and clearly explained all the options. I was confident in the solution that he proposed, so I went ahead and placed the order. That was about 3:00 pm PDT...followed by email updates:

3:07 pm -- The complete invoice summarizing the entire order :wink:
3:15 pm -- Notice that the order was assembled already, awaiting shipment :ihih:
3:28 pm -- Notice of shipment :eek6:

Never expected this to get processed today, let alone already out the door. Amazing. Better customer service you will not find anywhere. Count me as a loyal customer.

Edit: The parcel is on my doorstep at 9:00 am on 9/2. Nice.

 

I pre-ordered the iPhone 4, 8GB on Friday too, but forgot about this. Thanks for reminding me.
