The sewing site could learn something from M/A, where news of the impending N14/N18 aux water pump recall had initial billing here at the top of the Forums page, and where Nathan established an umbrella thread in the MINI News forum serving as a central point for follow-on discussion. Clean, orderly, and informative. What I have observed "over there" is that IB and the mods have completely ignored posters' keen interest in this subject. No headlines, complete absence of general news threads. As you might imagine, now there are at least a half-dozen duplicate threads kicking around with the occasional new poster with what they believe is breaking news, no merge attempts, and with replies on the verge of flaming for lack of awareness of the existing threads. Just pointing this out as a way of saying "thanks" to the team here for their attentiveness and acumen.
Alas the recent cruise ship accident illustrates all to well, that a ship with a poor Captain and an inferior crew, is no place to be....
Thanks for the kind words. It's the occasional thread such as this one that makes me smile making all the hard work and hours it take to maintain Motoring Alliance all worth it.

Hah you guys are a tough brutal clan, but funny! Glad I jumped ship... More Kudos too, thanks Nathan
Don't look at it as jumping ship....look at as finding a much better ship Thanks Nathan for all you do!
