So the other day I picked up a stock cooper spoiler and added it to the car. It still needs to be cut and buffed but it doesn't look to bad

I also started on the seatbelt deletes

I couldn't get the mesh large enough do what I needed, where I was. im just using it to support the fiberglass filler so I don't have to add as much bondo to smooth everything out

don't worry no speakers will be there. you cant hear them when im driving anyway

ah you're going to fill it over and paint it...got it. I was thinking there's a quality looking car with a mesh cover up? LOL

my goal is to make it smooth, and then cover it with black suede. trying to make it look like seatbelts were never there.

Progress at the end of today. It's to noisy to keep sanding so I will work some more tomorrow. Having trouble with building up the curve but that's about it

Looking good. For work like this, hard to tell how deep you went. Assume you put the mesh below. Looks to me like your getting close to a smooth curve. Can't wait to see it

thank you. I put the mesh directly behind it so im having to build up a little over a 1/4". the hard part is creating the curve from nothing. most if the fill is fiberglass with the bondo just to smooth things out

It started as "let's take off the door cards so I can refinish the door pull" then became "well we are already pulling stuff out"

ordered a few yards of suede today in order to do the headliner and a few other pieces.

my hydrodip material went bad so small change in plans for the interior but it should still look good, also did my taxes so I can get my seats once the return comes in
