I was lucky enough to be at the first Porsche Rennsport Reunion at LRP
in 2001, just an amazing weekend for Porsche lovers. And I was mucho
lucky to be in the pits when one of the teams was firing up their 917k
(in Gulf blue/orange colors) and they needed someone to help hold up the
rear body work, let me tell you when that motor caught it was the most
amazing sound ever (of course it helped that I was two feet away from
the exhausts!).-

I'm confused, when I voted there was no Facebook connection at all. I just clicked in to vote again a couple minutes ago (to see whether I remembered correctly or if they changed it) and again no Facebook link, interaction, whatever.
Did you click the link above in post #1? I know at the bottom under Rules of the Game it says "Each player must first click 'Like' on the Facebook page of the Le Mans 24 Hours." But I ignored that and just voted, no problem.
I do have a Facebook account and couldn't remember ever clicking "Like" on the Le Mans page in the past so I went to check and it's nowhere to be found in my history. Looks to me like you can get away with voting/participating without signing up for FB. -
So, who thinks anything but the 917K will win its category?
