Dammit, thought I got the brakes fixed, but it looks like the lower outer cylinder is leaking. Very, very slowly, but it's leaking. I rebuilt the calipers just last week; the seals are all brand new. In retrospect, it was doing it before I rebuilt them, but I didn't pick up on it. It's gotten a little worse since the rebuild. That caliper has always been an issue--it's always "clunked" from the moment it was installed (I was told by the installer that's not uncommon, nothing to worry about--should have talked to Jeff). All the connections are good, I just double checked everything, it looks like it's coming from the lower cylinder itself. When I rebuilt them, it was a little wet in the exact same spot prior to the rebuild, much dirtier than the opposite caliper (looks like brake dust got on the fluid that leaked then baked on). Guess I'll call Way tomorrow, at this point I guess it'd be safest just to replace the damned thing. I was thinking about just replacing the cylinder and seal again, but at this point, I'm leery of that caliper, I've had problems with it from day one. At least I know the passenger side is good.
