1st Gen "How To" Lighten up! R56 cast aluminum rear trailing arm conversion for the R50/53 MINI

So it's just replace it while in there sort of thing because I would be reusing my calipers so nothing is different.

need some guidance
I bought this kit from Allmag, says its complete...but as I'm looking here and another website(trying to find video), its seems its suggested to buy additional parts, and cut a piece off? Not concerned with any rear break upgrade, just the trailing arm upgrade.
