Blimey :: 2006 MINI Cooper S Convertible (2012-05-02 11:11:40)
It only took me three years to get around to setting up my garage entry.
Which is especially bad since it was pretty much just copy-and-paste from the blog.
I always enjoy seeing photos of this R52.
I've enjoyed your blog - even have the link in my MINI favorites folder - and have shared some of your solutions with rookie posters looking for solutions. You set a pretty high benchmark for you-a-fying a MINI.
Such an interesting good looking machine.
Whoa - something's missing....
Step 1 in Blimey's Transmogrification
I see an Optima Ted Top. Racing seats going in?
Or did you loose a penny?
Red top has been there a while.
Yes, seats, when they get here. But something else first.
Paul...since we discussed this project at MOTD I won't spoil the suspense...I'll just say it's a cool idea and seems well thought out....(how's that for a teaser to the crowd!)
Floor? Come on don't be a tease!
He is installing drainage holes for river crossings.
A false floor to hide moonshine.
Fixed that for you.:donut1::lol:
Subwoofer or rear seat delete.
But a kegarator would fit nicely back there, and that's what I'm voting for.
You're going to have to change this line in the garage description:
"I just realized that pretty much the only things that are still "stock" are the seats and the pistons/rods/crankshaft and the stereo."
Hint....My MGB had one....
He's gone to the dark side. It's a nitrous tank.
