    Just placed a comment on his FB page where he bragged in May about packaging the exhaust for shipment. What a douche bag! My comment "Funny, I just read on a MINI forum that you haven't delivered on your promise of donating the exhaust. What's up with that?" I'm sure he will remove the comment.

    Not judging but it would seem that after all of the connerie, providing the tracking number would be the time to bring your A-game. C'est dommage.

    I'm sure MiniMania will come through if BB doesn't. It's probably on the same truck as my last issue of MC2. :mad2:

    Update: I am reporting this only because I brought up MC2 again. :rolleyes5: After sending another message to Barry, I just received issues 48 and 49 by e-mail. Issue 50 is "in progress." The delivery mechanism for future magazines will be by direct download of a PDF from a new MC2 website. I do not know how individual issue sales or e-subscription costs will be handled.

    Back to the subject at hand: Maybe what we should do is commit to supporting a future charitable effort by The Mini Skirts. We could call it the Missing Number Raffle, and maybe get a little help on using the money collected to buy discount-priced products from some of MA's vendors. Nathan already has the mechanism for collecting money. :Thumbsup:

    We've had to refuel the torches. His FB page states that he had packaged the exhaust on May 20. FedEx can be bad....but not that bad! I'm sure there will be excuses but there is NO EXCUSE for not fulfilling your charitable commitments in a timely manner...none!

    You're making me cry. :sad:

    The MINI Skirts work hard to raise funds for the breast cancer and cervical cancer program that we support. We are who we say we are and we do what we say we do. We expect no more or any less from the folks that we deal with. I'm going to give Barry the benefit of the doubt that he is not willingly attempting to cheat a charity. In the meantime, I'm going to pray that it's not misplaced trust.

    Don't despair. While I'm not a huge fan of the magazine, I'd bet he has been distracted by MTTS and other MINI fun. I can't imagine he would intentionally skip out... Prob just buried by communications.

    I'm not trying to wish Barry ill. I just need to know what's happening. If he has made a promise that he can't fulfill, I need him to tell me. It's that simple. I'm in the dark about why the exhaust wasn't shipped.

    Someone that promises to donate to worthy causes such as yours and doesn't deliver needs to be called out. I'm on a mission....if he doesn't respond I'll post up on his Timeline tomorrow. It's called integrity.
