    i know what you mean bro, my jaw dropped when he told me the price :arf: he's a friend of a friend and he has no reason to lie to me... he may have gotten a 'once in a lifetime deal'... hope it's not a LEMON car :blush2:

    Hey no doubts on my end, just envy!
    Alta was making like 300 ft pounds out of one i think is what they were saying on nam.
    Freaken rediculous.
    but anyway, best way to about 225 whp header cam pulley intake exhaust tune.

    the real test of hp was done at Mojave this weekend
    09 JCW with 300ft lbs and 252whp vs RMW Head/race cam/header and JCW pulley vs ABF built engine, tune , ported supercharger, 16% pulley, JE pistons , ABF cylinder head

    which do you think won?

    is that good or bad or just different? also I meant Blimey . I was wondering what kid of brakes are you running ? seems to have a way to stop is the ticket as well as beefing suspension while I figure out the type of mods to incorporate .......Thoughts ?

    Some people like first gen MINIs... some like second gen MINIs... some like both. They're different in quite a few ways. Lots of thread here and other places on the differences. I'm a first gen guy.

    The front brakes are perhaps the single crappiest thing about 1st gen MINIs. So I'm running 2nd gen MCS brakes on the front, with different Carbotech pads depending on what I'm doing (1521 Bobcats - Street; AX6 - Twisties; XP12 - Track)
