Sounds like you are getting some pressure.... Maybe a small hole that blew out on your aggressive track day....
Don't overlook the possibility of the diverter valve on the turbo getting ruptured... It sounds like this is your problem... Unfortunately you need to take it apart to verify this.. Follow the hoses from the turbo first.... Make sure everything is tight... Still have the problem... Then go for the diverter valve... They go for something like $75 if I remember...

Update!
My cat had separated from the turbo, due to a really shoddy re-install of the stock muffler by the PO. The cold air intake tube also was completely disconnected. Needless to say, there were air leaks all over the place. I also had the valves walnut blasted, and the ECU updated to current firmware.
Check engine light is off, and the car is RIPPING once again!
Now...time for that LSD...-

Heat soak? I have no idea. I am a Supercharger and Methanol guy and I don't have heat or carbon issues.

You probably didn't pop a hose off because it would have generated an error code...
You may have torn the bladder in the blowoff recirculating valve in the turbo.... But that should have generated an error code.....
Soooo.... Lost power but no codes thrown??? -

How do I check if there are codes?

UPDATE: Checked under the hood. Cold air intake was completely disconnected. Friend brought over OBD II reader. Was throwing a code that I was running lean. (Presumably because of the air intake). Cleared the code, hopeful that would bring back the boost, to no avail.
No more codes, but I'm only getting 2-3 psi of boost under full load.
Not sure where to turn next. -

I'm surprised you didn't report an exhaust leak.... That would have been a strong indicator in helping to diagnose your problem...
