M/A at MITM..Who's Going?

Dude... How old are you???

This 40+ yr old would love to do a road trip to CO... I lived in Boulder when I was a kid.

Just not soon...

This 66yo is doing 900 miles Monday 8/9 (Chicago to Fort Morgan, CO) in order to minimize the days spent on flat, straight, boring roads and spend maximum time on the twisties in the mountains.

Yes, you do (for the most part). I admit there are isolated instances of twisties, but, on the whole the best game is guessing the distance to the next grain elevator

 

There's gold in them thar hills!

 

Oooo I might pass you on the highway on the motor home.

 

I live 20 minutes from twisties in the Mountains, although they are definitely NOT the Rockies... I sure as heck don't need a 22 hour (ON the interstate, not fun and twisties!) drive to have fun on the curves.

I will make it out one day, but we have already done Florida and WV by car in the past month... I am looking forward to chillin' for a bit!

Lots of great, fun roads in Jawja, in fact there are lot all over the eastern part of the country.

Out here in the middle, not so much except around the Ozarks......

Heading out to MITM via MTTS from LA to Winterpark. Arrival in Winterpark expected Thursday from Grand Junction. Woooo Hoooo ... can't wait to start the fun this Saturday!

 

I'll be shooting up there some time Thursday.
