I am so embarrassed......I just noticed that I mentioned Dave in my post above and I meant to mention Chuck (not that there is anything wrong with Dave.....well ok there may be, but not about this.........LOL)

Chuck, you were the first person I thought of when I saw that shirt.....:blush2:

Are those parts stored in a jar for safe keeping, or still attached to your hands?

    Very observant....

Holes on the seat surface are for screw attachment into a walnut seating surface... Holes in the backrest are for screw attachment into a leather back cushion.... So my metal will be seen at all the other exposed surfaces... The client likes the look and color of the steel with the other materials used in the restaurant..... And of course the tabs at the base and one end are to fasten the unit to the floor and brick side wall...

I thought the same thing.... I bothers me the light pattern wasn't even centered...

You can't see this in the photo's, but there is a filter / fan / lighting module that is supplied from "Vent A Hood". Additional lighting is directed to the cooking surfaces...

I always wondered where they stored their tacos. No one is going to break in & steal them now.

That is a very nice little shop.....and your work enhances it nicely....BUT....

I always wonder how little places like this stay in business, I mean, how many glasses of orange juice and at what price does it take to pay the overhead, salaries, taxes AND make a profit for the owners?

Seems like that number would be fricking huge!

And from selling glasses of juice and a few chips on the side?

I wish them luck, and I hope you got paid in cash.

Man this is really good work. Well done. You have a similar skill set to the man that conceptualized and built the first reduction supercharger pulley for the MINI. His name is John Milich, and his company is Product and Design.

Some day I'll tell the story of the first pulley ever installed on a MINI.

    It was a nightmare job.....
The green tiled wall had a 1/2" bumpout in the center.... Course that wall was put up in the late 1800's so I guess I can't be too critical...:D

I'm glad it's out of my hair and went in alright...

Just started.... My shop drawings were approved today by the client...

Projected to be 6 weeks to complete... Made entirely of T304 stainless steel.... Oh, and all the fasteners will be metric of course..... Why..... because Turkey...

No install for me... Gets built, tested out to make sure all is well.... Then it's handed over to my client... Get's put into a shipping container.... Then gone.... I'll never see it again.....:frown5:
