The one from Paulo Uber is larger... Yours is only the size of a truck... his is the size of a CLOUD! A FREAKIN' CLOUD! And it is made of space-age materials!
He has torque and HP numbers, but his scanner is down right now. Trust him though. As soon as you publish your numbers, he will confirm that his has more.
But on a serious note: What in the heck does that thing do? The smaller holes leading into the center shaft make me think that it's part water wheel and part water pump, but I don't see a way to take power from the wheel (gears, drive shaft, etc). You gonna spill it?
