Earlier I posted up some pictures of a "Origami" style reception desk and shelves I made for a local art center....

Well, today they sent me pictures of the completed install.... The customer was quite happy with the results...

OK... it's not nearly as pretty as your work, but I did my own metal work this week! (I miss not having access to a brake and had to use a couple of metal rulers and vice grips... not as nice)

What is it you ask? It's a new removeable GPS mount that attaches to my glove box!

I tapped a couple of holes on the inside of my glove box door, so I can screw it on there for longer road trips where I might want the GPS. An i.Trip GPS mount from Amazon and I'm set!

Finished up a rather large SS countertop this morning with an integrated sink bowl...

Customer came for it just before noon.... Had to push it out the door because we couldn't use the welding table until it was gone....

The size was 12' x 5'.... Weighed over 300 pounds... Nice to have a shop forklifter machine...

This guy isn't too thrilled with SS., too shiny.... He wants dark earth tones....

He's successful in what he does.... So I'll listen to what he wants... Besides, his food is pretty tasty...

    Nice pic Chuck...

Wut your lookin at is NOT a "Harbor Freight" special.... It'sa solid piece of workmanship built by hard workin Mericans.....

It'sa Toledo Beaver pipe and bolt threader.... It had absolutely no problem with Y2K..... She's a beauty... The manufacturer has long since passed away.... But she keeps on workin... I now have to rely on replacement parts supplied by Ebay...
