Had a little time this morning and wanted to come up with a ScanGaugeII mount for the MINI....
I know it will be a 2-part mount. The clip part that attaches to the body of the scangauge and the bracket part that attaches to the MINI....

    Here is the clip part.....

    True story....
I just completed a 50 piece order a week ago that used a drill bit to cut a square hole 1" deep in an aluminum bushing for a customer....

Oh, and Home Depot doesn't sell them....

This may explain how it's done.....:D

That's amazing. Had no idea. I'm used to a drill bit and then a hand chisel on my wood projects.

Now that I think about it, they just put a "square bit" in a "round hole" and it worked. One more old saying, gone down the drain.

That sure looks like you are about to turn a composite countertop / bar top into something very modern/cool. Nice they could bring the countertop in for you to use as a base.

    Made one of these today....
It's a reception desk for a local art center...
The look is sort of "Origami" and is supposed to look like a piece of folded up paper...
It will be powder coated a light grey...
Made out of 1/8" thick steel and weights about 250 pounds and is about 8' long...
We had to manhandle this monster by hand in the press brake.... Uff-da.....
