Salesman Chad left a message on my phone asking why I had not used the $750 off coupon I have on a new MINI. Guess they need folks to pay for the new building. Guess MINI screwed up & built me a MINI that's too good. Hasn't worn out yet so no new MINI is needed.

 

Well......can't argue with that.

 

I think we all can have a bad day from time to time.... No big deal....

 

Lets move on from this please.

No one can please all people all the time. It didn't work well for some people, it did for others. That's life. Things happen, we all don't agree on everything.

So when the new place supposed to open?

 

I have to say that Amber, on multiple occasions, has been unhelpful and not super nice. If it weren't for Chad stepping in, I STILL wouldn't have my correct interior trim a year and a half later. Amber kept putting me off and not following up. I even made sure to mention the MoM group once to see if it helped...nope! Chad is my hero over there!

 

Glad things have worked out for you. Chad has been helpful to me in the past.

Amber is about the nicest MINI service tech MAG has ever had. Perhaps she was having a bad day and you made it worse...for both of you. I've taken both of my MINIs there and she has always been straightup and professional with me. She's tops in my book, FWIW.

 

SO far my two experiences with her will follow Seth's. Somewhat rude and a rules nazi.

I passed by yesterday and it looked like they had the foundation set. It didn't take them that long to get the newest addition put in.

I have a habit of wanting to respond to everyone and it seemed like they wanted to keep attacking me (creating character assumptions) which kept it going. I thought I had ended it a while ago lol. Oh well. They are nice guys though; every last one of them. Just really passionate about MINIs and those who work on their cars. MAG is a great place I even talked to the manager and told him that this chicks reputation is solid within the car club, no harm no foul. But I don't know if you have ever been in our neck of the woods but you should see their facilities (MAG). Beautiful campus, lots of cars and brands.
And thanks Nathan before that got real ugly. :wink: Nah, I wouldn't let that happen, I'm too nice. :cornut:

 

Let me know if you want to meet me at my shop on a Saturday or Sunday and between the two of us we'll get those clips figured out...
