Yep, defend her I shall. I live 70 miles from MAG one way, and have stopped in on the spur of the moment for work. Amber has never dissed me. Moreover, she has been very accommodating and has tried to get me in. Unfortunately, sometimes I have had to come back after getting an appointment because there were no openings, but, so what? I applaud her for her patience, having to deal with customers who just won't take "no" for an answer, and I am glad I am not one of them.

p.s./last thing: I take no for an answer as long as everything has been considered. Obviously you folks don't know me very well, but I am a very easy going person. Not a punk kid like I feel I am being made out to be or someone who is a difficult customer. This is the first time I have ever raised an issue with really anyone. I'm a simple person who is easily pleased, if I am complaining or upset, that means that there is a problem. Look, I work customer service I know how I like customers to behave and I try my best to be a good and respectful one. However, some may need to go reread how the issue began and that is her denying me service after someone had offered it to me. Again, I'm giving her benefit of the doubt after that b.s. and that should be enough of a sign of how I handle situations. I'm all about second chances... even though this is going to be a third. :frown2:

No worries I got it fixed, since the light was still on my car I couldn't get the clip at the right angle. Felt real dumb once I got it lol. Thanks though.

The card has a $20 gift certificate for $20 off a MINI detailing. However it expires 12/31/13.
Sorry MAG, that is a hollow gesture to send out a discount for a detail service when one has fewer than 10 days to take advantage of the service. Especially during one of the busiest times of year for people.
Looking forward to seeing the new place though. -
