    It is to tell you that your state inspection is due. If your state does not have one then ignore it.

    :eek6::eek6::eek6: don't bring that up....someone in a state agency here in Ohio might get the bright idea:idea: that we need to start inspecting :ihih:. I agree....IGNORE IT!!!

    Can't they reset it or program it out?

    It can be reset, but they normally just set it for a date 40 years from now.

    I'm going to reset it then and not worry about it.

    The only reason why I brought it up was because I thought that besides the emission test, they were going to check for maintenance needs (like replace windshield wipers and do an oil change.)
