    You need to figure out the reason the rings / pistons failed before buying a new set.

    The bore may not be in spec anymore. Don't buy parts until you know why they failed and what the true measurement is.

    I don't think you can wrong with either choice. Personally, I went with pistons sourced from Revolution MINI Works on my rebuild.

    The Mahle are the better of the two!! When you figure that most endure racing/ GT track/ ect in the Eu are running the Mahle Piston... go with them.

    Why are the Mahle better? Can you please be more specific on the reasons why i should prefer Mahle than CPS?
