    Sorry, I am a little behind, the day job has kept me right busy for the past week. I am normally on top of questions such as this...

    Anyway, I'd just the question in the forum area for the generation and model. For a 1st Gen Cooper S that would be Cooper S - Motoring Alliance :: MINI Cooper Forums for example.
