I don't know. When my pops had his quad by pass he was like a new man. My bet will be he will scoot up and down them stairs like no big deal. Kinda like after getting Your N14 walnut blasted. It just runs better.
I'm gonna be a damp wet blanket and say your exit instruction will include 'no stair climbing for # days. That being said, when you do go climbing you'll get halfway up, remember something you forgot, go down to get it and forget where you were going in the first place and settle down for a session with Netflix and a hydrocodone.
