I'm gonna be a damp wet blanket and say your exit instruction will include 'no stair climbing for # days. That being said, when you do go climbing you'll get halfway up, remember something you forgot, go down to get it and forget where you were going in the first place and settle down for a session with Netflix and a hydrocodone.
