    I have a 2005 but in any car if it's not getting power it could be the fuse.

    The mouse may have shorted the line and blew the fuse.

    You can also try using the 4 ways / hazard lights and see they work.

    On and one more thing that you should do first, check the bulb. Try switching it with the one in the other back blinker.
