anyone running 225/45/15 maxxis rc-1s on 15x8 wheels? My r53 needs some track tires that will last more than a weekend I tore up the outside edges something fierce even with -2.5 camber re71r are just too soft they overheated on me with 3 laps to go most sessions, running 205/50/15 right now. I'm going to cord these re71rs off at the next trackday and swap tires right at the track. I cant really pre-fit and I dont want my day ruined when they wont fit on the car without spacers! anyone run these? I'm going to keep my autocross 16x7s with re71r for rain use they worked really well in the rain but they wore pretty bad
